2. How can I see previous submissions you have made on my behalf?
You’ll find all the details of what we’ve submitted for you by

3. Can I download my donation receipts from my Supergenerous account?
Unfortunately, donation receipts can’t be downloaded. If you have any questions regarding the receipts Supergenerous has collected, please email us at
receipts@supergenerous.co.nz as soon as possible during January 2025.
4. You’ve submitted my rebate to the IRD, when can I expect to receive it?
The IRD typically processes rebate claims within 12 weeks. However, delays can sometimes occur due to individual circumstances (for example, if you haven’t filed an income tax return for the year of the donations in question).
5. How do I submit my own claim?
You can submit your donation tax credit rebates via the MyIR portal on the
IRD website. Here’s how:
- Log into your MyIR account
- Upload and submit your donation receipts digitally

7. How do I update my donation tax credit bank account?
- Log into your
MyIR account- Navigate to your Donation Tax Credit Account.
- Click on "More" under My Details
- Select "Manage refund bank accounts" and update your details accordingly
8. When does the Supergenerous platform shut down?
The Supergenerous platform will cease operating on 31 January 2025.
9. What is happening to my data after winding down operations?
Data will be archived to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and to resolve any outstanding queries. This approach also allows us to securely store your data in case we need it for auditing or other legitimate purposes.
